Motion is a performance series embedded within Harbour’s archival project ShelterSphere. This ongoing body of work experiments with themes of connection, pedagogy, and impermanence across private and public contexts.
Through pop-up performances and guerrilla-style installations, Harbour intervenes in routine, using space to examine moments of disruption and exchange.
The series challenges expectations of how art is preserved. Functioning also as an evolving archive, it embraces impermanence, authenticity, and audience engagement, producing work that may shift, disappear, or unfold only momentarily within an activated space. In this shift, witnessing becomes wit(h)ness, centering presence over permanence.
